  • 21 days of A.S.A.P. MRT Class:

    -Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 6am, and @11am

    -Saturday @ 8am

  • 2 days a week Strength class Mon-Fri 7am till 10am or 5:30pm

  • 21-day Rapid Fat Loss Meal Guide with grocery list

  • Accountability Food Journal for Tracking
